FRM-10221: Can not read file <menu file>

Hi,
Doing a tutorial so I created a custom menu, attached it and tried to run the form and got the "FRM-10221: Can not read file STANDARD" with "STANDARD" being the name of my menu, "STANDARD.mmb".
I read on MetaLink about a MMX needed. So I searched ans found none. After this that and other things I got it to compile the menu. Why doesn't it compile all at once? I had to go FILE->ADMINISTRATION->COMPILE FILE, if that is what finally did it.
I still get the error!

Can't go any farther...
