FRM - 10142: The Http Lintener is not running on loacalhost at port 8889.

Hi

Hi

I am using oracle 10g database and form 10g. When i run the form i getting this below error.

FRM - 10142: The Http Lintener is not running on
loacalhost at port 8889. Please start the lister or check
your runtime preferences.

I Searching google for the same, i got some view, thru which i done some like below.

1. runtime preference changes.

2. OCJ4 start.

I got solution.

after closed form and reopen the same form i got the error again what is problem now.

please it is very urgent
