FRM-10043 Cannot open file -Form Version 10.1.2.3.0

Hi All,

I have a form with Oracle Forms Version : 10.1.2.3.0.  I had issues in opening the form in 10g and was able to open form in Forms Builder 12c and can edit. When I tried to compile the form using 'frmcmp', it is showing an error 'FRM-10043 Cannot open file' although the form is existing in the $AU_TOP path form where I am trying to compile and generate fmx.

Is this because the form was edited in higher instance? Please let me know which version of Form Builder should be used for editing this version(10.1.2.3.0)?

Form version : 10.1.2.3.0

Application: 12.2.4
