I am trying to launch my forms on AIX and getting this error:

fin02$ export DISPLAY=<my IP address>
fin02$ f60desm APXVDMVD.fmb
FRM-91111: Internal Error: window system startup failure.
FRM-10039: Unable to start up the Form Builder.
fin02$

Does any one know what is causing this?
