Friendly URLs ON but Select List, Redirect and Set Value keep using f?p=

Hello,

In Oracle APEX 24.1.0, we are encountering an issue where a Select List set to "Redirect and Set Value" uses the f?p= syntax even though Friendly URLs are enabled.

Is this a bug? How can we configure the Select List to generate a Friendly URL?
