Frequent Log Switching

Hi,
We are on oracle 11.2.0.1 on windows-2008 R2.Our issue is that archive log is being generated every 2 minutes.We tried increasing the size of Redo logs from 50MB to 100MB each.There are three log groups.How can we reduce the log switching and minimize the archive log generation?Thanks.
