Frequency of Services Restart

Hello Everyone,
We have OBIEE set up on Windows Server, More frequently the server needs services re-start (There we cannot do anything other than restart of services, In answers as well no one can log in). Can any one give me some pointers at what frequency the servers need to be restarted and are there any cache settings need to look into so that when large data is handled the server can be handled well to avoid the re-start of services.

Any pointers are highly appreciated.
