Free Database was shut down after a week of inactivity - Can't get it back, is it gone?

Hi, I had/have a Free Database running APEX and I was using it everyday until I got sick, then after a week with pneumonia I tried logging in and it was gone.

Request Timestamp: 2024-02-16T18:08:43.311908Z

And the email I got was:

Hello,

We recently noticed that your Always Free Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing Database database has received no connections for several days. Soon it will be automatically paused due to inactivity.

  • Database: DBALLINCLUSIVE
  • Tenancy: bcarlis2000
  • Region: us-ashburn-1

To avoid your database being paused, connect to it today using HTTPS or Oracle Net Services (SQL*Net) - or use the link below to open its
Database Actions page.

When I click on the “Go to Database Actions” button, it gives me:

HTTP Status Code: 404

I've tried many things… can't get into my DB - can get into my account though but has no links to me DB.

Any input? Am I in the right forum even?

Thank you, Bill
