Free APEX table limitations and errors?

I am trying to test an app on apex.oracle.com and I am trying to upload a table from xlsx with 108,000 rows and about 40 columns.
When I tried to upload it all it did was spin for about 10 minutes and then said Error: Error - Internal Server Error. I could not click away the message.
Should I be able to upload a table of this size and if so, how do I get past this error?
