Framework does not allow files to be verified in OUCCS Attachments when filesize is more than 10MB

We have attached a file with filesize greater than 10MB. When trying to verify the attachment, OUCCS encounters an error.
First, a web server error is encountered then error HTTP 413 stating Request payload is larger than the maximum allowed size.
