Fragmentation and Rebuild

Hi gurus,

Good Morning.

I am working in oracle 11g R2

1. I want to know top 10 fragmented tables currently available in database?

2. How to rebuild them in a single shot?

3. Also, identify top 10 indics will be optimized further if we rebuild?
