FR Report text direction changed when open in pdf from Workspace

Dears,

Although the default language is English US for Internet Explorer and windows setting, sometimes when I open a FR report from hyperion workspace in pdf view, its text direction changed and the numbers apprear in Arabic. We set Arabic as an input language beside English US in "Region & Language" control panel. This issue appears oftenly not always.
