FR Error: No dimension found on point of view

Has anyone else seen this error in Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio 11.1.2.1? I get it when I attempt to change the User POV by clicking Task>Set up user POV. This happens in both existing reports and when I create a new report. Any ideas?
