FR 8200 and R&A 45000 Ports are not visible

Hi,

Hyperion 11.1.2.3.502

In one environment when we do the simple opening FR Report, we are able to see the port 8200 and 45000. We are doing all activities in the server using Wireshark.

Similarly when I do for the other environment it neither shows me the 8200 nor 45000 (See the highlight in the yellow I am opening a report)

Does anyone have any idea why only for 1 environment it is not showing up? I am thinking of somewhere we need to do kind of binding but not sure where & how?

Any ideas/clues?
