found two dads.conf files after install F&R 11_2 on Weblogic

Hi,

I do migrate from AS10.2 to F&R 11_2 ( 11.1.2 )

windows Server 2008
FR 11_2
WLS 10.3.5
all 64 Bit

I want to config the dads.conf to access db-package as before in AS10g

and found two config-Files dads.conf
as well as
two config-files plsql.conf

one in my Oracle_FRHome
and the second under the FRInstance

DADS.conf
C:\Oracle\Middleware\FRinst_3\config\OHS\ohs1\mod_plsql\dads.conf
C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_FRHome3\ohs\conf\mod_plsql\dads.conf

PLSQL.conf :
C:\Oracle\Middleware\FRinst_3\config\OHS\ohs1\moduleconf\plsql.conf
C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_FRHome3\ohs\conf\moduleconf\plsql.conf

which is the right one to edit and to use ?
