Forte for Java 1.4 Install/Uninstall Problem

I had installed Forte for Java 1.4 and then had to uninstall it to move it to a different location on my hard drive. During the uninstallation my computer crashed and it was not totally uninstalled. All of the main directories are gone. When I tried to install it again it says that version of Java is already intalled. I dont know how to completely uninstall it. it doesn't show up in the Add/Remove Programs List because all of the main directories are gone.

If anyone knows how to fix this, suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
