Forms throwing error after patching to AS 10.1.2.3

Hi

I have recently patched my AS home to 10.1.2.3 Patch set. My Forms were working fine on Oracle Home 10.1.2.0.2 which was patched to AS/DS 10G R2 PATCH SET 2 10.1.2.2
(Patch set 4960210)

After patching them to 10.1.2.3 patch set forms with Master Detail blocks have issues when transaction is committed. ORA-1400 is getting thrown on saving some of the data.

Can some one explain this. Any help regarding this will be appreciated.
