Forms & Reports port location

Hello,

Do you know where I can find a file that has all the installed port numbers in my Windows Oracle 11g forms & reports installation?

I found a file "portlist" but it is emptied.

Basically,  I need to know the port number so I can access the following URLs:

http://<your-box>:<port>/forms/frmservlet

http://<your-box>:<port>/reports/rwservlet/showenv
