hi ,

i am an Oracle Developer ( sql , pl/sql , forms and reports ) , and i know a little about Apex .

i want to develop an application in which i should build a few data entry forms , and an option to locate a cell phone location through GPS or any other way if there is ?

the application should work on Cell Phones especially Android phones .

- there will be 3000 to 5000 users logging into the application at the same time .

- p.s : forms can run on Android through ThinForms .
