Forms migration Assistant

hi all,
any one have a document to explain exactly how to use the Forms migration Assistant especially when have a lot of libraries,I am already migrate an application Using the Forms Builder (Interactive) way,
so always when trying that tools there is an error that library should complie ,
so please if any one can help I will be pleased,
