forms is blank on mozilla and chrome browser

i have oracle database 12 c, oracle form and report 10 g on vm

everything is ok , till i have run my oracle form on Mozilla and chrome , nothing appear it's a blank page

after alot of search i found that mozilla and chrome disable the advantage of ruuning java plug in

i dawnload mozila 53 but nothimg changed could any one help me ?
