Forms In Bangla

Hi Exparts,

I want to develop a software which should be in Bangla. What I want to mean is all its labels of the input item would be in Bangla, Inputs given by users will be in Bangla. The data stores in the database also will be in Bangla. Can I do it in Oracle 10g/Developer 2000(Forms 6i or higher) ? If it is possible please give me a suggestion how it is possible. The Os is windows
