Forms compiler output on 12.2.1.19 contains what looks like internal debugging

We've just built an OL8.10 dev server with Forms 12.2.1.19 + Oct-2024 QPR. Although compilation succeeds and runtime is fine, the compilation logs are filled with output like:

]

For one library that contains a lot of program units the size of the log file has gone from 9KB to 947KB and that "phd_get_defn" block appears 4388 times.

I've attached the compilation logs for this library on 12.2.1.4 and 12.2.1.19.

Any ideas?
