forms builder database connection

When i try to connect to database form oracle forms builder....its throwing an error message as "TNS: No listener"

Can you guys help me to get rid of this crap

i have read in some forums and pasted oracle tnsnames.ora file in forms home directory still its irritating me a lot.

Pls help me out.
