Forms Builder 9.0.4.3 and Windows Vista

Hi, last week i installed windows vista business on my workstation. After installing all needed applications for me to work, i have only one problem. I cannot connect to any database from Forms Builder and Reports Builder.

Everything else, Designer (which is 10g R2), SQL Developer, Enterprise Manager ... are working perfect.

When I try to connect to my database i get the following error:

ora-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ora-01009: missing mandatory parameter

I already searched metalink for patches or updates, but i have the most recent patch applied.

Any help will be appreciated.
