Forms Builder 11g Documentation?

Hi,

I am having no luck finding the online documentation for Forms Builder. I have the Guide to 10g book but I need to find out if there is a format mask that will extract a substring to display a time duration. My database contains varchar2 values like '0 00:00:00.00' which seems to be D HH:MI:SS.XX and I need to extract and display the HH:MI on the form.

I am very happy to have finally found this forum.
