Forms application looks Blurry when using FSAL

Hi all,

Hope are having a great day!

I'm in the process of migrating Forms application from 12c version to 14c version.

While configuring webutil and then testing webutil demo form with FSAL the application looks Blurry:

I tried by changing the windows scalation with same result.

Environment:

**Server: ** Oracle Linux 8 with Oracle Forms 14.1.2. with JDK 21.0.5, the FSAL configuration I'm using is the default one.

Client Machine: Windows 11 and JDK 21.0.5

I found an Oracle Note with no solution: Font Appear Blurry On Forms Screens when Using Java 17 (Doc ID 2948491.1)

Any idea what could I try to fix this problem?
