Forms Application Blocked by java security

Hey,
We are using fusion middleware version 12.2.1.3 , we are getting below errors while accessing forms applications using IE.
oracle product is deployed on Linux with Java : 1.8.0221

Oracle provided jar files (frm***) also expired and we are getting few security warnings. Please let us guide to resolve this issue as users are experiencing application downtime for few mins (intermittent).
