Forms and Reports 12.2.1.19.0 on Windows?

I am aware that Forms and Reports 12.2.1.19.0 is now available for download.

However, the download page and the certmatrix document both only reference an installation on Linux x86-64.

Are there any plans to release this version for Windows Server?
