forms 6i web deployment

Hi Friends,

Im just starting to learn forms 6i :)

Where can I download the "Summit Sporting Goods Schema"
used in the Forms6i lesson tutorial?

What version of Application Server (AS) should I use to deploy it on the Web,
the one that is best suited for it and most compatible. Is it 9iAS,10gAS, or 11gAS.
