Forms 6i "Run Form" not working

Hello,

I'm using Forms 6i against a 11.2.0.1.0 database, Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit. This is the exact same setup that I was previously using and had no issues whatsoever but my computer crashed so got a new one and just did a fresh install. I can compile a form however when I try to run form using Ctrl + R the module builds successfully but does not run. This worked fine for me before. Can anyone provide any clues as to what may be preventing this from working?
