Forms 6i install on XP

Attempting to install Forms 6i (6i_rel2_xp) on Windows XP. Receiving the following error message "WRITE_ERROR while copying MSVCRT40.DLL". How can this error be resolved so that Forms 6i can be installed? Thanks in advance.
