Forms 6i and view v$session - Why do not you set the PROGRAM, MODULE and MODULE_HASH columns?

Hi. My name is Victor.

My English is not good but I will try to describe my problem.

The v$session view does not set the PROGRAM, MODULE, and MODULE_HASH columns for the Forms&Report Developer 6i. What is the problem? Is it a bug? ...

I need to restrict access by application using AFTER LOGON ON DATABASE trigger
