Forms 4.5 against 10g database

Has anyone ever successfully gotten Forms 4.5 to work against a 10g database? I realize it is not supported, but we are considering splitting a db upgrade and app migration into 2 separate weekends. In order for this to work, our current 4.5 Forms app would have to be able to talk to 10g until the following week when we migrate the application.
