Forms 12c issues, run report, how to configure uifont.ali Reports 12c?

I have installed Oracle Forms 12c:

There are few questions (problems) in configuring, after install:

1. I need to set NLS_LANG to CROATIAN_CROATIA.EE8MSWIN1250. Text and displayed fields are shown correctly (everything that is displayed from database), but their prompts and menu is shown incorrectly (wrong characterset).

2. When the report is started from form, instead to run from port 9002 (reports server), it runs from port 9001, so I need to manually change url to see report.

3. I don't know how to define PDF Subset (in previous version it was enough to edit uifont.ali and put subset inside).

4. How to start reports builder?
