Forms 12c configuration missing

Hello,

I have a server running Forms and Reports 12c 12.2.1.3.0, on Windows Server 2012. everything was okay for a year, but two days ago, the forms didn't open with an error message that the registry.dat is missing (FRM-92120) .

. Few minutes after that, I found that the contents of the folder %DOMAIN_HOME%\config was missing except the default formsweb.cfg, formsweb.cfg.jmxori files, wsm-config-cache.xml file, lifecycle-config.xml.lok and lifecycle-config.xml files. Is there a way to know what happened?
