Forms 12c Cloud Deployment

Dear Friends
I would like to know , How to deploy Program developed in Oracle 12c Dba & Forms 12c , currently working on MS Windows Server 2016.
Will it work in the similar way as its working in local Network.
Will it be possible to run these forms on Android & Apple Os .
