Forms 12.2.1.4 High Memory use

Hi everyone,

I am using Forms 12.2.1.4 on Windows Server 2022

And it seems some of my users have a memory leak

Lots of users have around 200MB of Memory working set

But sometimes 1 or 2 user have a lot of memory in use. Yesterday it was up to 7GB

With some search I found Oracle doc id : 2618197.1 related to ALL Platform for my Forms version

However the related patch 32021306 mentionned is for DB 12c on Linus Platform (I didn't found this Patch for Windows and Oracle doc id said this is DB Patch to apply on Forms)

Anyway I tried to apply it with Opatch unsuccessfully due to a “Unavailable Platform”

Can anyone help me please to found the correct patch or explain me what I don't have undesrtood?

NB: I also found Doc ID 2343804.1 but it don't seems to be the issue I got so didn't already tried it
