On 30-Aug-2017, Fusion Middleware (including Forms and Reports) 12.2.1.3.0 was released. This version comes with many new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. If you are not already using a version in the 12.2.1 (12c) family, I encourage you to do so as soon as possible. All versions older than 12.2.1.1 are no longer entitled to error correction, certification updates, or any other changes. In October, 12.2.1.1 will also no longer be entitled to updates. At that time all customers interested in obtaining regular updates will need to be running 12.2.1.2 or 12.2.1.3.

Important tips:
1. Be sure to review the Release Notes, System Requirements Guide, Certification Guide, and Installation Guide before beginning the installation. (see first link above)
2. All platform downloads now require two downloads/files. Download and unzip both. The second will contain another zip file. Do not unzip it. Store this file in the same directory as the executable (disk 1). Run the executable (disk 1). You will also need a third download, WLS Infrastructure. Download and unzip it too.
3. After the installation and configuration of the domain has been completed, do not attempt to customize anything until you have first started all the server and performed a basic sanity test.
4. If during the installation the Installer stops with an error, do not exit. In most cases, if the issue is corrected, you can resume. If you don't know how to correct the issue, contact Support. If you exit, you may need to cleanup before rerunning.
And finally, consider sharing your experience with others in this forum. I'm sure they would appreciate any tips you might offer.
