Forms 11gR2 screen resolution problem?

I have a user that just got a new PC running Windows 10 with the running Java 8 update 161. When she runs our Forms 11gR2 application in either Internet Explorer or FireFox it is displayed with a very large screen resolution. Any other web pages display normally and other users with Windows 10 display the Forms application normally too. Does any know what could be causing this?
