I have Oracle forms 11.1.2.2.0 installed in our common server, Weblogic server is also installed in the same machine. This is a windows machine. The Oracle Jrocket installed JDK version is 1.6.3.12. I am able to connect/ compile to database through forms. While I click in run form, it opens up an IE page but does not opened up the screen. I checked in formsweb.cfg file and the value for baseHTMLjpi=basejpi.htm.
And some other parameters are shown as below.

As this is common server we do not have access to all control panel items and all. But administrator access for forms is given to me. But I am facing issue in running forms as mentioned above. Please reply me if there is anything in configuration to be done.
