Forms 10g File Upload Utility questions..

Hiya Folks,
I am trying to implement the File Upload Utility that is provided as a demo for Forms 10g. I have made the required code changes in a form to handle the java bean and such.. However, I have a requirement to only allow certain files to be uploaded.. Does anyone have an example of using this utility with a filtered file list option?
