FormDef Utility : Data Form Definition is invalid

Hello -

I am trying to import a "Simple Data Form" using FormDef Utility since it failed using LCM . The application version 11.1.2.1 .I get an error message which I have posted below :

1. The dimension which it mentions as invalid is present both in the dimension library and the Essbase cube .

2. I have looked into the following areas but it didnt help me :

Shared Services under Administration > Migration Status Report

SharedServices_LCM.log in \hyperion\logs\SharedServices

MIDDLEWARE_HOME/user_projects/domains/epmsystem/servers/FoundationServices0/logs/SharedServices_LCM.log
MIDDLEWARE_HOME/user_projects/epmsystem/diagnostics/logs/migration

MIDDLEWARE_HOME/EPMSystem11R1/diagnostics/logs/services/ HyS9Planning-sysout.log and HyS9Planning-syserr.log

Any form of help would be awesome !
