formatting the report

for my scheduling report if i select the % format option it is returing only 2 decimals. can you please sugggest me how can i get the multiple decimals if i place the % to the value for the scheduling report.

same for $ aslo.

if i overrite the currency $ then only for my scheduling report it is returning only 2 decimals,can anyone please suggest me the answer?
