Hi Guys
We have developed a report in Hyperion Financial Reporting. In prompt we provide two members (in Report layout they are fixed in Page). Using these two members in Page, HFR generates a report in PDF on two pages. First page for the first member and second report for the second member.
The issue we are facing is that the formatting for the first report on first page of PDF is fine but the second page of PDF with second member of the Prompt gives formatting issues:
- You can see in the attached PDF report that the second page for "MAL-2063 | Qatar Rail 2 ORF" doesn't have formatted last two rows as they appear in the first page of PDF for member "MAL-2063 | Qatar Rail Web Tender Advertising".
- The Column name "Ref #" is a dimension on the Row. It is showing members like 243 and 313 where if we see the same through Smart View they are 231,232 and 901. The same correct members appear if is seen through Planning.
Troubleshooting we have already done:
- We have tried to change the order of members in prompt while opening report in HFR but always the first page's formatting is fine and other ones is having above two issues
- We have even tried to use more than 2 members in prompt;
- We have also used one member in dimension being referred above and multiple members in the other dimensions, always the fist page is fine but others have above mentioned two issues.
- If the reports is generated from HFR by selecting one member at one time (for all the members) then HFR generate the proper format but in that case I have merge the all the PDF reports to make them look like a one report.
- Developed another same kind of reports but we observed that in all reports,all the pages after first are having this issue.
