format property in forms 10g

Hi all,

I am applying a format as 999,999,999.99 for a number fields that is showing the amount.
some currencies have decimal like USD but some are not like YEN.

the data is populating to the related table through a procedure where i make decimal 0 for YEN currency.

but the values on the form are comming there like (because of FORMAT property)

USD
123,321,123.00
555,222,333.58

YEN
123,258,258.00
987,123,258.00

Is there any way to avoid .00 for the YEN currency? I also tried FM999,999,999.99 but the symbol (.) is comming there and values look like this:

USD
123,321,123.00
555,222,333.58

YEN
123,258,258.
987,123,258.

please advise me.

Thanks
