Form Error (FRM-10221)

hi Gurus,

Oracle form version : 11.1.2.2

I am trying to run a form in mu local machine but getting the attached error.

Steps i am following

  1. Opened the form

  2. Get it connected to DATABASE

  3. Compiled it (Got compiled successfully

  4. When i was trying to run it it is throwing some error, The error screen shot is attached

Please help me to understand the error and its resolution.

Error says (In case not readable from screenshot) : Can not read the file from FRM 10221: C:/Some Path is there
