Form builder is closing While opening .fmb file

Hi All,

I am installing Oracle Forms 12c, full stack.

I started all my services.

Now I am opening Form builder from ORACLE_HOME/bin/frmbld.exe -- It is opening

After database connection given, I am trying to open my .fmb files

Its closed as Oracle Forms Builder has stopped working.

I checked my event viewer it shows error like below
