Form builder compile problems (NEWBIE)

i'm very new to ORACLE. never deal with oracle nor heard of it.

I'll be very grateful if you guys could help me solving this problem.

THIS IS MORE TO FORM BUILDER ORACLE 6i.

When i opened form complier i get these followings warnings. I don't know what to do with it. I've been trying to search online but no luck.
