Form 10.1.2.0.2(10g) lib path

Hi all

It's my first time using Oracle Developer Suite 10g i'm having problems trying to attaching the following(JA.pll,JE.pllVERT.pll etc) libraries to FORMS does anyone knows how to make FORMS to point to this PATH C:\Oracle Forms PLL file_.
